An energy balance treatment is a traditional healing practice that has been used for centuries to maintain good health and encourage positive energies. These treatments are rooted in a traditional practice and combine with modern knowledge on supporting mental and physical health, in a relaxing setting to cleanse the energy body.

A balancing energy cleanse is a personalised treatment that vitalises the energy body and helps remove blocks or trapped emotions that may be inhibiting the flow and vitality.

These types of clearings can be very useful and support you to get clarity on specific issues, enable shifts in your life, perspective and to balance emotions. They are a time honoured way of balancing energy to create positive changes.

Sessions can be offered in person or remotely.

Energy Practices

There are many forms of energy balancing and healing in the world. This treatment is rooted in an ancient system involving using natures helpers, flowers, herbs, water as well as intuition, intention and a heart to heart talk called _La Platica _to learn about their client’s health history.

For thousands of years, the Maya healing system, upon which the practice is based, looked at the ailments of the body as a whole. It addressed the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual together. Emotional and spiritual ailments can be expressed physically, and treating the emotional aspect can potentially ease physical symptoms.

Why do we need to support our energy?

This cleansing supports the rejuvenation of your energy body, as often before issues manifest in the body or the mind, they may be already in the energy field. With so much happening in a life, good self care is important , much like you need to wash physically, its important look after ones energetics.

This healing practice flows from ancestral knowledge that recognises the need to look after ourselves on many levels and this includes to support the spirit. How we feel and our spiritual health is essential to maintaining wellbeing, confidence and an attitude of gratitude for life.

Like acupuncture clears the meridians with pressure, these sessions relieves the energy field of blockages naturally, which may assist the processes of healing to take place.

The main focus of a spiritual energy healing is to bring balance so that you feel overall more whole and positive. The benefits of energy healing are deep and personal, and can also have a ripple effect, bringing positive flow into many areas of your life and to your connections.
Every session is a personal ceremony, and the intention and direction of the treatment is unique depending on what is the problem presenting and what is needed.
The energy clearing helps to clear patterns in the energy field so that you can process and see more clearly your own way forward.
Supporting health and energy shifts does require the engagement of the client to reflect and allow an integration process, because ultimately change and healing comes from our inner wisdom and choices , and these energy clearings are to help you hear that sense on inner direction within.
Time is taken with supported consultation; we look at what is presenting and where an energy healing may be best focused. We then go into ritual space and a water bath is prepared with flowers and water and prayers. You will be in a chair and feet will be bathed, and song, smudge and flowers are incorporated in a healing session.
These treatments can also be done remotely. In this instance you will found a quiet place undisturbed and the process will be done at distance. The same aspects will be used with permission to access your energy field.
After the session, there will be time for reflection and integration.
There is a deep and rich tradition associated with this healing work and an understanding that humans struggle with a number of emotional and spiritual states, and these respond well to energy cleansing . These states are non- physical in origin and can be eased spiritually with the support of healing ritual.

Initiation

Ellie trained with various traditions and teachers globally and this includes a 5-year apprenticeship in the UK on animistic ceremonial ways and eco-therapy, and this depth of experience is what directly informs this healing practice. The tools used for this energy work emerges from the ongoing commitment, which means many years of ceremony, apprenticeship and personal study.

Ellie trained in spiritual healing with the Arvigo* Institute who bring together bodywork, traditional remedies, herbal knowledge, and spiritual healing to support the being so the chu’lel (a Maya word for life force energy) can flow freely. These spiritual healing methods were developed by Dr. Rosita Arvigo as a result of her long-term apprenticeship with the late Mayan H’Men (Doctor-Priest), Don Elijio Panti of Belize.
